Abstract: Open laboratory general management system based on 3G and Internet（OLGMS） is a system for the laboratory equipment management in universities and experiment teaching. OLCMS uses Rich Internet applications based on B/S. PC, smart phone and tablet PC can access the system. It can not only management the lab equipments, teaching materials and so on, but also can give us remote experiment teaching through single sign on (SSO) technology.
