Through the empirical study found that, when the enterprise is in relatively stable industry environment, innovation strategy and capital structure is related to environmental change, when the enterprise is in the strong industry environment, innovation strategy and capital structure is negatively related to; this means that companies pay more and more attention to innovation, its capital structure in the debt ratio is lower. When the enterprise is in relatively stable industry environment, capital structure and innovation strategy is related to, in this case a high financial leverage is conducive to the implementation of innovation strategy; in the dynamic environment, capital structure and innovation strategy negatively correlated, as described in this case and lower leverage is more conducive to the implementation of innovation strategy.
