Abstract:
Terrorism makes the risk of terrorism activities of social property. We provide policies and advise by the view of the welfare economics analysis. Our analysis results demonstrate that terrorism activities give rise to social properties scale and social welfare both descending. If the government adopt subsidy policies will prevent social welfare descending from microcosmic veiw, Howerver, the effect of government subsidy policies is uncertainty on the macroscopic level.
