Abstract: |
With China’s rapid economic development, as a pillar industry of national economy, the real estate market has increasingly holds an important position, but because of the special nature of the industry, until now, it has seriously kidnapped the living happiness index. The more prominent issue is high prices. Based on changes of real estate prices in recent years, we come to the law of the relevant price fluctuations, and analyze the causes of high prices, as well as the impact on the national economy, then recommend some countermeasures for high prices.
