Abstract: |
As a new financing model, Supply-chain Finance not only brings new market and profit model to commercial bank, but also highly welcomed by small and medium enterprises because of their lower threshold for financing and accelerated capital flows. In this paper, as funding constraints of the individual manufacturers and retailers in the supply chain an example, through the financial benefit analysis of commercial banks under Supply-chain financing model, using model to explain that commercial banks are more preferred to provide a collection of related businesses credit in the supply chain. Compared to the traditional financing model, Supply-chain Finance has advantages of credit facilities.
