Abstract: A non-parametric data envelopment analysis (DEA) model is proposed to evaluate the capital allocation efficiency of firms with the concept of low carbon in Chinese A-share market, then the main factors affecting the capital allocation efficiency is analysised with the regression approach, considering the business fundamentals and equity variables of firms, which will be in favor for the optimized capital allocation for low carbon business of China.
