The risk evaluation of intellectual property pledge financing will provide the commercial banks with the decision-making basis to perform the intellectual property pledge financing business. The specific indexs of intellectual property pledge financing risk evaluation were sorted out by way of investigation analysis, expert interview, etc. in compliance with the principles of integrity, scientificity, practicability forecastability, and the weighting of each index was determined through the application of analytical hierarchy process, therefore, the commercial banks can finally build up the intellectual property pledge financing risk evaluation index system.
