Abstract: |
Offshore trade has become the important component of international trade as a new form of international trade. Based on the statistical study of Shanghai’s offshore trade, the thesis studies the specific problems and other obstacles in developing offshore trade of Shanghai, and then it analysis these issues. At last, the author put forward some policy recommendations for Shanghai to develop offshore trade.
