Abstract: |
Huzhou city is located in the forefront of China’s opening to the outside world. Foreign trade and utilizing of foreign capital are the major driving force of economic development in Huzhou. According to the empirical research, this paper found that the forth creative effects on the foreign trade brought by the utilizing foreign capital was significant in Huzhou city, and such effects in urban with better condition was greater than the effects in counties with weaker condition. Hence, in order to improve each area’s forth creative effects on the foreign trade and balance the regional economic development, the enthusiasm of utilizing of foreign capital should be continued to maintain, the economic environment and infrastructure be improved, the flow of foreign capital be correctly guided, and the opening to outside world be expanded further.
