Abstract: |
For the protection of minority investors' interests and the establishment of fair information environment, the shenzhen stock exchange issued the listed company fair information disclosure guidelines in 2006. In order to analysize its effect, the voluntary information disclosure quality and quantity were studied in this article before and after the promulgation of the policy, it was found that the “guidelines” has a positive effect on the quantity of the voluntary disclosure information, has a negative impact on the quality.
