Abstract: This paper analyses the dynamic relationship between financial ecological environments and the regional economy of Beijing ,Tianjin and Hebei province from the perspective of state space model, It also advices improving the foreign exchange market, accelerating the financial infrastructure ,encouraging social capital to gradient transfer so as to promote regional economic development balanced.
