Abstract: |
The serious problem of traffic congestion is faced to Beijing now. One of the most effective measures is to develop Rail transit. Because it needs big investment and needs a long time to build and recover the investment, there is a great funding gap. On the base of the analysis of the advantages and feasibility of bond financing, it is clear that bond financing is the most practical way. Further more, some concrete strategies are brought out from issue of bonds to bonds itself and the operation of urban rail transit system. Beijing rail transit company must depend on itself, make full use of the bonds, attract the investors, establish and improve its management mode, and finally realize the benign development itself.
