Abstract: |
Household contract management provided institution basis for rapid development of agriculture productivity in China. But now, with the deepening of specialization and marketization, this kind of institution of small scale management and decentralization characteristics has showed some disadvantages. Now, new type specialized cooperatives have become important media organization, which tied of government and farmers, and also market and farmers, and they have played more important role in rural economy development. Seen from the government agriculture policies, after household contract management land scale management will become main land management form in the future. Agriculture equipped with modern machinery technique is also main characteristic of modern agriculture. So, agriculture machinery cooperatives would become important organization carrier to built modern agriculture and realize land scale management. They have showed better performances in modern agriculture construction, which are promoting land scale management,
raising agriculture production quality, pushing forward agriculture technique extension and increasing industrialized management benefits.
