Abstract: |
This paper shows and analyzes the data from the investigation of an energy-efficiency-building refurbishing project in Zhangziying village, Zhu Ying Town, Daxing District, Beijing. The effects of the project can undoubtedly be seen by comparing the inner house temperature before refurbishment to after. In addition, the energy efficiency is illustrated by the contrast of coal and electricity consumption before refurbishment to after. The economic, social and environmental values of this project are analyzed as well.
