Abstract: |
The port-related industry has the characteristics of heavy-industrialization park-based and clustering. Taking a example of Jurong Island in Singapore, port-related industrial zone in the state of evolvement from growing out of nothing，From low to high，has developed gradually into the main production base of petrochemical industry and enterprise clusters in the world, leading the world chemical industrial development direction. The chemical industry development in our country should learn from the advanced experience, in order to attracting the multinational company investment, the government should be made and adjust the industrial clusters strategy; Pay more attention to the characteristic construction and software construction in industrial park; improve the management system and the integrated service system.
