Abstract: |
Port-related petrochemical industrial areas have become the important direction and the most valuable non-renewable resources in the world. Large petrochemical enterprises industry layout has the distinct characteristics of adjacent to market and port. The development mode of integration and the park has been formed, but the petrochemical industry development level is not balanced; Cluster effect is not outstanding, the product structure gives priority to primary products, high added value products is less; Technology innovation ability should to be enhanced. The 12th Five-Year Plan should stick to the circular economy development concept, based on port and location advantages, and extending the oil chemical products industry chain, taking the market as the guidance, Cultivating the port-related petrochemical with stronger international competitiveness is our development goal.
