Green investment is a new type of investment mode which adapted to the economic and social development. This new investment mode is to follow the sustainable development, accord with a low carbon economy development consensus standards, in order to achieve a virtuous circle of ecological system, low emission, low consumption and sustainable economic and social development, maintain the harmony between human and nature for the purpose, by setting up the ecological concept so as to achieve win-win human and nature of the investment financial activity. In this paper, it firstly analyzes the reason for the simple green investment and essence, and then probes into the connotation of the development of low carbon economy. It thinks a low carbon economy development that is the only way of human economic and social development. As a new green investment investment mode, it has become a low carbon economy development mode of the main investment choice. Finally, it puts forward the main measures green investment that are promoting green investment fiscal policy system, establishing the green investment mechanism, planning investment field, improving investment potential, developing social responsibility investment, and establishing ecological investment funds and so on four aspects.
