Abstract: |
Heilongjiang province has the largest state-owned forest lands. Forestry Bureau of Heilongjiang province is responsible for providing ecological benefits for society and creating economic benefits for itself. But, there are many problems in the performance management of Forestry Bureau in Heilongjiang province so that the ecological benefits and the economic benefits that are created by Forestry Bureau are not ideal. Therefore, it is very important to improve performance management level of Forestry Bureau in Heilongjiang province. This article analyzes performance management work of Forestry Bureau in Heilongjiang province and points out the problems, such as making the performance plan blindly, the formalized performance implementation, the single indicator of performance evaluation and the confined performance feedback and improvement. Moreover, I put forward the following suggestions: strengthen the communication in order to make scientific and reasonable performance plan, strengthen the education to avoid the formalized performance implementation, make the “win-win” indicator of performance evaluation, implement performance feedback effectively and improve performance continuously. I hope performance management level of Forestry Bureau in Heilongjiang province will be improved continuously.
