Abstract: As resources, environment and economic development of the contradictions are becoming increasingly prominent, mankind is faced with economic development of the new changes. Low-carbon economy is the way of economic development in the future. Tianjin is the low-carbon pilot city among the country, the low-carbon development model can provide reference to the city which is integrated with a similar type of Tianjin. This paper analyzes the status of carbon emissions in Tianjin, and concludes SWOT analysis of low-carbon development in Tianjin. The paper put forward low-carbon development strategies of Tianjin.
