Abstract: Taking large and kernel enterprises of arterial and venous industry as key species enterprises, pull all the processes of mining, mineral separation, metallurgy, processing, consume, scrap metal recycling and regenerating of non-ferrous metal into a circular, ecological and low-carbon mode with feedback, which is natural resources—product—waste—renewable resources, so as to get cascade and cycle utilization of natural resources and energy. The theoretical basis and principle of model construction of non-ferrous metal industry chain of ecological and low-carbon economy were analyzed first, then the symbiosis network system model with multilevel nesting was built up. Based on this, the models of mine, arterial industry, venous industry, as well as industry chain and network model of non-ferrous metal of ecological and low-carbon economy were constructed respectively.
