Land ecosystem is the basic condition which the mankind depends on for existence, and its loss of control will bring very serious harm for human being society and economy. Based on cybernetics, this paper provides an analysis framework on regulation mechanism of land ecosystem. The regulation system consists of the following five parts: subject of control and controlled object, input and output, target and behavior, information and its transmission and feedback, decisions and measures. This analysis framework can be used as a theoretical basis to the maintain and control on land ecosystem for land resources management sectors.
