Abstract: |
Based on the Transaction Cost Theory, Agency Cost Theory and discuss of related capabilities, this paper gives some competitiveness proposals to research the relationships between environment dynamics, complexity of Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) activities and the performance of ITO projects, and make an analysis of the moderate effects of exclusiveness and period of ITO relationship on them, in order to provide theoretical suggestions for ITO practice.
