Abstract: Based on the actual survey of Shanghai Expo satisfaction, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of 14 primary evaluating indicators about Shanghai Word Expo service satisfaction and classifies the data according to the audience education. The author makes an objective and systematic evaluation of the quality of service offered by Shanghai Word Expo and the sense of satisfaction felt by Expo visitors.
