Abstract: |
Service outsourcing industry in one of the new strategic industries, 2011 is the first year of the Twelfth Five-year Plan which has a definite view on developing on service outsourcing industry. China has some advantages on labor cost and infrastructure, and is gaining much more attention of service outsourcing dealers from the US, EU, and Japan. The development of local service outsourcing industry has their typical local characteristics, and has obtained some good achievements. However, if local service outsourcing industry needs to achieve a great-leap-forward development, some urgent constraints on general planning, personnel training, and industrial cluster and so on should be solved.
