Abstract: |
The research management of local Normal University has to meet the requirements of institutions of higher learning, but also shoulder the responsibility to serve the local regional economy. But now most of the research management of local Normal University has not scientific management, management system lag, lack of innovation and many other issues.. It is not close enough to combinewith the local regional economy. The local Normal University should place the concept in the management of innovation management and the management team to improve the quality, as the introduction of appropriate policies to guide and improve the local Normal University research management.
