With the upgrade of industry structure and the transformation of economic development model, service industry will become the source and power of economic and employment growth. In the development and expansion process, it will inevitably lead to the change of whole industry structure system. “Service science" is that, as the service economy in the rapid development of worldwide emergence of a concept. Tourism as a major part of the services will become a major field of the service science. Between service science and tourism team received, there is a mutual contact and mutual penetration relation. Based on the relation, the work of tourism team received need to create a new team culture, foster mutual mechanism of host and guest, optimize the multi-elements, reengine service processes and so on for the mechanism to adjust and innovate.
