Abstract: |
Technical progress is an important factor of economic growth, which takes great effect on the it. Impulse Response Function is used to analyze the relevance between Research and development expenses and Chinese economic development. The research shows that there is an active relationship between Research and development expenses and economic growth, meanwhile, Research and development funds promote the economic growth obviously. Thus, increasing the research and development funds a vital choice to promote economic growth continually.
