Abstract: The rapid development of IT provides both opportunity and charge to service industry. This paper combines driving force model of service innovation with information background, and discusses influence mechanism of information management for Inner Mongolia service industry. In information age, the improvement of Inner Mongolia service industry should combine inside forces and outside forces. The inside forces means enterprises improving the strategy and management and training and attracting employees and strengthening technical innovation. The outside force include transforming concept and optimizing policy environment and promoting informatization and achieving structure and speeding up the process of urbanization
and developing leading enterprises etc.
