Abstract: Agricultural modernization requires a lot of new farmers. In today's grim employment situation, it is particularly important to select a great number of forestry graduates to service the rural grass-roots work. It is also protected to construct the new socialist countryside.This article shows the effective factors on the agricultural graduates serving the grass roots through the questionnaire survey, the author thinks the economic difference between urban and rural areas have important influence on rural employment wishes, rural infrastructure construction, information block , lack of high-level talents , benefits low also have important influence on the agricultural graduates serving the grass roots. Through the questionnaire survey, it analyzes the
factors that impact employment of agriculture and forestry graduates in rural primary using Binary Logistic model. It is put forward what factors significantly affect the rural grass-roots employment will basing on empirical analysis, including the gender, urban-rural differences in living conditions, the country's policy of treatment satisfaction, the level of understanding for rural, the employment salary. This paper has put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to the empirical analysis to speed up the new rural construction,agricultural modernization.
