Abstract: The purpose of the paper is to study the condition of the real estate in the second class city of West China during the latter of global financial crisis. Methods used by the land structure optimization to realize the real estate industry’s fine running. The results indicate that the real estate in Nanchong city has already presented certain several centers and traffic passages zone. It is concluded that to research both the real estate and the land should combine the space-time optimization, furthermore grasp the stage and intensity, and make varied objectives multiple benefit optimization.
