Abstract: |
The theory and practice achievement of the domestic and foreign scholars, which is in the field of urban intensive land use, is overviewed and analyzed by this paper. Then the objective comparison and summary are proposed. Firstly, this paper points out that the thought of intensive land use was beginning of ancient China, however, the development of theory and practice was behind abroad. At the same time, the intensive evaluation index and ways have not been formed in home. Second, this paper analyzes the base theories of urban intensive land use at home and abroad. Third, this paper separately summarizes connotation of urban intensive land use which are from scholars in home and abroad, among which the three stages in abroad and four views in home. Finally, this paper has a contrast analysis on evaluation research of urban intensive land use at home and abroad, among which the four stages in home and abroad separately.
