Abstract: The house demolition compensation standard on the state-owned land has not been a fair and reasonable quantitative standard, which is almost all the core of compensation negotiations for removal, but also the root cause of demolition tragedy. According to the special circumstances of China's land ownership, this paper attempts to establish a house demolition compensation standard model on the state-owned land, which is based on a clear distinction among land use right value, house property value and real estate trade value, balancing benefit of national land, developers and removed homeowners.
