Abstract: |
The level of urban administration must be upgraded on the context of service-oriented government construction, and it is necessary to realize the people-oriented urban administration. Service-oriented government takes “people-oriented” as the core value, it is the government of law, the government of limited, the government of responsibility, and the people-oriented urban administration should be reflected in both legislation and law enforcement.
