Abstract: |
Beijing is the capital of China, there is high demand for housing, and the demand for affordable housing is also great, building energy efficiency can not be ignored. In the construction of the whole life cycle, most of the energy consumption occurs in the building operation. Investigation data of energy consumption in heating, air conditioning, gas, power consumption and energy-saving measures for the residents in Tiantongyuan and Huilongguan area was put forward in this paper, to research the status of energy consumption in affordable housing and explore the existing problems and give some suggestion.
