Abstract: |
China has achieved a transition from ensuring the energy supply to improving the energy efficiency in energy management. Moreover, China will face another change, in the near future, which transit improving the energy efficiency to the total control of the total energy consumption. This article analyzes the reduction potential of total energy consumption, and predicts the trend of total energy consumption for the next 10 to 20 years in Zhejiang, based on the energy consumption status. By decomposing of the goal of total energy consumption, we have made the corresponding measurement and solution to control the total energy consumption in Zhejiang. We want to use this way to raise the novel thinking in political, academic, and industry communities.
