Abstract: Using IO technology and energy and environment input-output table of Beijing in 2007, this paper calculates total energy input coefficients, total emission coefficients and the multipliers of energy input and emissions for each sector. This paper also calculates elasticity of all input coefficients for energy consumption and pollution emission to seek Important Coefficients. The results and methodology adopted by this paper will be helpful to energy and environment policy-making of Beijing.
