Abstract: After analyzing the meaning and purpose of the control and utilize road network decision support system, the paper introduces the function’s design and implementation in this system. As the Delphi as the tools, the system can implement the data’s informatization management of road network on the island and manifold assistant decision support functions, such as choosing the shortcut, choosing the most credible road and forecasting the mobilization potential of the vehicle.
