Abstract: |
Based on expert researches, three sets of evaluation model indicators for dangerous goods transport were established from four factors of vehicles, personnel, environment, management. The discriminant matrix was established by use of AHP, then the weight of each evaluation indicators for overall objective was determined, and the fuzzy evaluation matrix was constructed by experts assess, finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is applied to dangerous goods transport enterprise, and the level of enterprise safety is gotten. Management department can strengthen supervision over enterprises according to the security level of transport enterprise. Practice comparison shows that the method is reasonable and effective, and can be applied to the existing safety evaluation of dangerous goods transport.
