Abstract: Starting from a scientific definition of the meaning of regional brand, the author establishes the model of game theory in the process of regional brand construction between cluster enterprise, government and enterprise. The author thinks the condition of urging cluster enterprise choose to construct regional brand is the main item enterprise sets up the profession association to maintain manages the region brand, then the government should build a good atmosphere in the region brand cultivation process, take effect of inspireing and controling and then put forward path strategies of urging regional brand construction.
