In recent years, the service industry in Inner Mongolia developed rapidly, the number of small and medium service enterprises is increasing, and its role in social life is also very obvious. However, small and medium service enterprises are still small scale, low-grade, quality of personnel is not high, the service is not standardized, The level of management and service quality is an urgent need to improve. For the current status of small and medium service enterprises in Inner Mongolia, in this paper, by field research and expert analysis services for small and medium enterprises in Inner Mongolia ,a service quality evaluation system is built. This is played an important role not only for small and medium enterprises to improve service levels, but also for improving service levels and enhancing the Inner Mongolia’s services companies in the domestic and foreign market competitiveness.
