Abstract: |
With the acceleration of cities’ modernization process, the historical and cultural district, as the carrier of urban cultural, how to develop becomes a practical problem in the face of people. This paper selected Litchi Bay of Guangzhou as a case, based on tourist experience perspective, studying the various factors affecting tourists’ experience and the factors of mutual relations by field interviews and questionnaire survey. The result indicated that Litchi Bay should strengthen the historical and cultural stmosphere, improve the shopping environment, advance management and enhance the tourists’ participation to deepen tourists’ experience and revival historical and cultural district.
