Abstract: |
Due to the importance of comparative advantage, based on the analysis of comparative advantages of the upgrade of culture industry in western central cities, the article proposes the culture industry in those regions make potential advantages into real ones , foster developing advantages and choose the path of “ cooperation with competitors and strengthening itself” .Strategies including scientific culture industry strategic planning, and cooperation with eastern regions and appropriate types of culture industry for the upgrade of culture industry in western central cities are provided.
