Abstract: |
This thesis, based on the evolutionary game theory, sets up a game model between the examiners and the buyers. At first, the evolutionary direction of the relationship between the examiners and the buyers is explored in the existing system, and then it is explored for the second time after the measure of increasing the cost of cheating was introduced into the system. The thesis proves that the introduction of the measure on the buyers in the course of performing the rules helps control the present much-exiting phenomenon of buying the affordable houses by cheating, furthermore, helps improve validity of the rules themselves.
