Abstract: |
Quality, cost and schedule are the most important objectives to manage in the large scale project, which are influenced by lots of factors, so it’s difficult to study multi-objective integration management. Therefore, the paper uses PCA to reduce 17 factors to 6 principal components; then, it transposes the 6 principal components and by using CA to classify to 3 categories; compared 6 principal components’ score with synthetic score to dynamically analyze the multi-objective integration management. Finally, a case is used to demonstrate the application of evaluation model.
