Abstract:
The mode of Property services contracting changes from integrated full contract to the specialized subcontracting is the advances of property services technology, the progress of business and the performance of industrial progress. Currently this contract mode changes are urgently needed in China, to develop the property market and to make it mature. This article firstly describes the two modes. The development of property services contracting mode and existing problems inChinaare analyzed. It reveals the drawbacks of integrated full contract mode. It researches on the necessity and significance of applying specialized subcontracting mode and the influence factors to apply specialized subcontracting mode. Last it discusses the measures to be taken to apply specialized subcontracting mode.
