Abstract: |
Jilin Province as an underdeveloped province，the financing mode of highway construction is relatively single. With the deepening of the national reform, the social and economic structure will continually develop and change. The national’s financial system, fiscal and tax system, and relative policy’s change will have direct influence on the project’s financing mode of highway construction in JilinProvince. It is necessary that Jilin Provincial highway construction to further opening the financing view, then finally achieve the goal of stabling the capital source for Jilin Provincial highway construction, reducing the cost of financing, and optimizing the capital’s portfolio.
