Abstract: With the widespread application of project information management in construction, some problems crop up accordingly. Therefore, it becomes imperative to implement information management effectively and improve management efficiency is imperative. In light of this, this paper attempts to put forward some methods and approaches to solve and improve the efficiency of management in light of the problems in project management at present in our country. The author hopes to make contribution to the development of information technology in our country.
