Abstract: |
Aimed at the complex process and contents in the construction of bridge project, the paper first discusses the purpose of the management for bridge. Then, it analysises the main points of the control process for the investment, progress and quality which are in the whole process of the design, supervision, construction of the bridge engineering. In the end, it provides a number of specific measures for the coordination control of the three main goals in bridge project management.
