Abstract: |
In this paper, the author first briefly introduces the three basic elements of effective class management, they are respectively establishing harmonious relationship between teachers and students, developing harmonious relationship between students and optimizing class environment. Besides, based on analysis of the three elements, the author tries to offer some methods of managing class effectively.
