Abstract:
Government supervision is an administrative behavior of the government to use its unique power, behind every government supervision behavior needs costs investment, not to count the cost of regulation is ineffectiveness. The author thinks the cost should be controlled in an appropriate level while the regulation is effective, as far as possible to avoid wasting the cost, research how to optimize supervision constantly and guarantee the food safety effectively.
